Its called sticky Chinese chicken. It is really good. My family enjoyed it. Heres the recipe. 1 cup crushed garlic and onion croutons, 1/4 of a cup cornstarch, 2 tblsp soy sauce, 2 lbs of chicken cut into 1 in pieces, 1/4 of a cup canola oil. Whisk the croutons, and cornstarch together. Add the soy sauce, and chicken. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the chicken and cook covered until chicken is done all the way through. Drain on papertowels. Serve with your choice of cooked vegetables, or rice.Answer Question
