Do you allow a tv in your childrens rooms?

  • Yes we just got my 13year olds their own. They aren't big tv watchers though. My DS has never turned his on. We did it more for my DD because she likes TLC shows sometimes and her siblings don't.

  • Nope. He tends to not sleep much as it is. I want him to think of his room as a sleeping place instead of a rec room.

  • Not at all and it will never happen. They don't need a tv in the bedroom in my opinion. They can watch it in the livingroom where I can check what they are watching and if I want to watch something that is not for them, they can stay in their bedroom and use their imagination instead to invent a game. :)

  • He has a TV and DVD player that is not hooked up to any cable, when he has a friend spend the night we allow them to watch movies, I will never put cable in his room.

  • I might put one in there- she rarely watches tv but I don't have anywhere else to put our bedroom tv when I have to put a pack n play in our room
