  • I don't know about the fastest, but the must sucessful way to loose it and keep it off is and always has been proper diet and exercise. When I say diet I don't mean "going on a diet" because that implies that there is a goal and when you're done you don't have to eat that way. And it also implies that you have to eat some crazy foods all the time. Just eat well balanced meals and raise your heart rate for at least 30 mins. per day. Good luck!

  • idk. i diet, i breastfed (gained 20 lbs that way btw) and i did the life change thing. nothing worked. lmk when you figure it out.

  • It's not about losing weigh fast it should be about losing weight and being healthy. That takes time. You need to eat healthy and exercize.
