Is it ok

To take a bath with your son ,he is 11 months old ,not ever night but ever now and then

  • I used to shower with the kids when they were little. It saved time. I would shower with them (clean them with soap and wash their hair) and then hand them off to DH who was waiting with a towel.

  • Yes.. I shower with my son (9 months), and DD who is almost 2 still gets in the shower with daddy. It is more convenient to take them in the shower with us, especially if we are about to get in and one of them needs a bath.

  • Mine will be 1 in less then a week and I've taken 1 bath with him and he thought it was the greatest thing. My boyfriend will take baths with a lot. At that age it's perfectly fine.

  • It's totally fine. The human body is nothing to be squeamish over, especially when your son is only a baby. Your mother-in-law needs to get a grip or keep her nose in her own yard, one or the other or both.
