IS IT NORMAL TO BE CONSTIPATED WHEN YOU ARE 5 WEEKS PREGNANT AND WHAT CAN YOU DRINK FOR CONSTIPATION???

  • yup its normal try small amounts of prune juice if u can handle it dont drink too much though u will get the runs!!!! grape juice and apple juice work too but prune juice is faster

  • it's normal... and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! That's the best remedy for constipation, and it's also really important to be drinking lots of water during your entire pregnancy to prevent low fluid later on.

    That's a link to a site to help calculate how much water you're supposed to drink based on your weight.. it's a weight loss site, but it's helpful just so you know how much water your body needs based on your weight, as opposed to just your standard eight glasses a day.
