It's a problem for you if you believe it's a problem. Did he tell you that before and stop? Ask him why. Did he never tell you that and you always wish he would? Talk to him. Maybe he doesn't know how you're feeling.

We have been together 20 yrs-almost 21 and I don't think he has EVER said I was beautiful...it's just not his thing to give compliments
