braxton-hicks contractions

Any advice on how to ease braxton-hicks contractions? They're not painful, but since I'm on the last leg (I'm 38.5 weeks) they're definitely getting stronger... and no amount of showering, changing position, laying down, standing up, walking, staying in one place helps alleviate the discomfort.
