  • I drove to the hospital with the last three (actually, I drove once, I was already at the hospital with the other two)... but this one I might have to call an ambulance, since my SO is legally blind and can't drive

  • With my first son I drove myself (his sperm donor refused to take me), that was an experience, the other times my now husband drove me.

  • Husband drove me. Thankfully there wasn't traffic in Jacksonville, NC (which is usually horrible)-it was 4am, son was born at 5:09am.

  • Unless you want a GIGANTIC ambulance bill to pay I suggest you drive yourself unless it's an emergency. If you are not having an emergency you would get a private ambulance company (not the fire dept. medics) that are not covered by insurance and they charge a butt load :) It would be way more fun to just rent a limo if you want to go in style!
