i have been trying to get pregnant for nine monthes, i have 30 day cycles. when should i start trying in my cycle

  • You usually start ovulating 14 days before your period starts meaning you're ovulating on about day 16 of your cycle. I would start trying around day 13 just to be sure, and go through day 19.

    You can always try over the counter ovulation tests, or google "natural family planning" to learn more about charting your temperatures and changes in cervical mucous. If you do the charting, you get the added benefit of being able to see changes that would reflect possible pregnancy fairly quickly.
