  • Those fountains are a hot mess. You should try Velata instead. Make sure you keep your fruit dry. The moisture from it does funky things to the chocolate. You might also consider having separate pots in case anyone has food allergies. If you dip strawberries in there it contaminates everything. Same with people with gluten allergies.
