  • Chicken, mayo, pickle relish, chopped dill pickles. chopped celery, chopped hard boiled egg, diced onion, salt and pepper

  • Dukes mayo, red onion, Cajun mustard, pumpkin seeds and every now and then I throw in diced pineapples.

  • grapes, celery, some kind of tree nut (usually pecans or walnuts), pepper, mayo and sour cream

    I had measurements for it at one time, but I don't bother anymore, I just add it all until it looks right.

  • we keep it pretty basic- chicken- lettuce-croutons-dressing maybe a sprinkle of cheese
    *no one is too fond of tomato in the salad

  • For sandwiches I put cooked chicken in the blender or food processor until it's finely chopped, add Miracle Whip (I know, but I love it for chicken salad or potato salad!) finely chopped onion, and finely chopped baby gherkin sweet pickles.
