what kind of card???

my daughters mil mother(great grandmother)passed this weekend.old age very quietly...i dont want to sound ignorant but she was jewish.is there any kind of card that i should not buy.i know they have a different veiw onJesus than christians do,but i dont want to get something that is inappropriate...they are not very religious but they do celebrate the holidays which i think is going to be so cool when my granddaughter gets older...

  • Just get a condolences card...nothing with scripture on it. Jews do not believe in the New Testament.

  • Choose a non-religous sympathy card for her. It will say what you need to convey without any stepping on toes.

  • It takes some looking,but they do make non-religious sympathy cards. For those of us who are so sorry someone passed, but not quite sure on religious preference. Sort of a politically correct kind of thing. Sorry to hear the news.

  • Like everyone else said, send a non-religious sympathy card. If you can't find one for some reason, just buy a nice blank card and write your own message of condolence.
