Here's another link... if you have google chrome you can get a laugh from the translation from Japanese to English. I do have to wonder how big a trend this really is. It seems like something from a tabloid-like thing.

No. Unless there was a medical reason for doing so I couldn't imagine wearing one. I didn't like my kids in a wet or soiled diaper.

Link, please? A lot of older American women wear adult incontinence briefs. It is not unusual in that age group. I've known younger Japanese women and I would be very surprised if they were doing this.

It seems like that would be more work. Instead of going to the bathroom you have to change a diaper. Doesn't make sense to me, because if you didn't change you would get diaper rash, so you'd have to do it. Wouldn't going to the bathroom be easier and less time consuming in the long run?

The idea of sitting in my own pee & poop all day is just nasty. Can you imagine what the smell would be? Or if you have a heavy flow that day. Eewww. I can understand if you have no choice but I'm sure those people want them changed just as quickly as possible.
