3 Bumps

Why is cement so expensive?! Is there an alternative, besides wood?

Our back steps need to be repaired or replaced. To repair & install new railings, it will be between $700-$800. To do full replacement, it's double! We don't want wooden steps, so is there an alternative from cement or wood?
