With losing weight. Such as tips.

I keep a food diary but I usually don't enter it online bc I forget. I need something that tells me how many calories I should be eating and that kind of stuff.

  • sparkpeople is a good one. It will help you track certain limits if you have health concerns like diabetes or cholesterol.

  • there is a healthy weight loss gorup here on CM that can hlep you and support you

I use sparkpeople to keep track of my work-outs, but keep track of calories on my own in a notebook. Be aware if you use My Fitness Pal- you have to eat back your work out calories-I guess they always have it set at 1200 which is WAY low for most people

here is the link to the group

  • Sparkpeople has some great articles with information.

I have a journal on here with some tips that might help you.  It's also got a link to how I've lost my weight (113 lbs so far! No gimmicks, no products, just real food and exercise).

Check out for some great recipes!
