With losing weight. Such as tips.
I keep a food diary but I usually don't enter it online bc I forget. I need something that tells me how many calories I should be eating and that kind of stuff.

there is a healthy weight loss gorup here on CM that can hlep you and support you
I use sparkpeople to keep track of my work-outs, but keep track of calories on my own in a notebook. Be aware if you use My Fitness Pal- you have to eat back your work out calories-I guess they always have it set at 1200 which is WAY low for most people
