What do you think of the name Bay for a little girl, either as a first or middle name?

My hubby used to call me that and I loved it, it was short for saying baby. I recently saw a show and one of the main characters was named Bay and I instantly fell in love with it as a girl's name. What do you think? The last nameis Schofield pronounced (sko-field)

  • I like it. It's unique, but not so unique it will be a burden. I love that it has such sentimental meaning for toy and DH.

  • If you like it, cool. It makes me think of horses, though, which is not ideal.

  • I remember it was a nickname for Bailey on Party of Five. He was a guy, tho.

    I think it's pretty.

  • Not a fan. When I read it I immediately thought "Bay-Bay" which could be a nickname and sounds dumb. But if you love it, what does my opinion matter?
