Do you prefer fresh or fried spring rolls?

I used to love fried ones with sweet and sour, but now I love the fresh ones with peanut sauce.

  • I like homemade baked in the oven.
    1 package springroll/egg roll wrappers
    1 package shredded coleslaw mix
    1 can tiny shrimp
    1/2 bottle any flavor stirfry sauce
    seasame seeds
    mix the slaw, shrimp, and sauce, place a small amount in each wrapper, roll them up, seal with a little water along the edges, wet the top slightly, sprinkle with seeds, bake in 400 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes, super yummy, easy, and low cal...

    MsMessx2- That recipe sounds great. I am going to try that next time instead of buying the frozen ones. Now you made me hungry...LOL
