  • prune juice or chop up some prunes

heat up 1 cup of prune or apple juice and have her sip it. If this doesn't help take her to the doctor.

  • Girls get constipated so easily at that age.

Our pedi recommended Miralax. It is gentle on the system and worked great.

  • Mirlax works great it takes water to the stool and makes it easier to go. My 10 month old son gets constipated so easy so I give him one bottle a day with a 1/4 to 1/2 cap full of mirlax in it.

  • Go to Pedia-lax.com

They have many products but I used this for my son (5) who was very constipated. It worked in two minutes & caused no pain or discomfort at all. He felt better immediately. They sell it at most Drug Stores.

  • go to ur grocery store and in the laxative section there should be a bottle of mineral oil you can buy, put that in a drink, its clear and you only use a tablespoon, its natural and helps lube up the digestive tract. we drink 100% concord grape juice in my house 1 glass a day and that keeps us all regular. That is what I started doing during my second pregnancy and now I am pregnant with my fourth and still swear by it.
