i dont know what kind of exercising to do, i going to start water aerobics... do you think that this would be a good form exercise and also, swimming laps once a week and the water aerobics 4x a week... ahhh lol i dont know what to do for exercise, i want to make sure i have a healthy pregnancy

  • water is a really great exercise! u should just do that, youre going to get really tired anyway lol and that is more than enough of a work out!

    make sure you always rest when youre tired :) Gl

  • You can actually do anything you would normally do. My doc said do it all except don't lift over 25 pounds.

  • you dont want to excrise that much you can hurt the baby. just do the abroics.
