What kind of ice packs do you use for school lunches?

  • I use ice packs in the insulated bag. I guess I'm just weird that way. I use the hard plastic blue ice ones that you get at the grocery store in the picnic / paper goods isle (I think that's where I have found them). They also might be in housewares.

  • I don't. I pack their lunches in an insulated bag. It's always been enough to keep cold things cold enough or hot things warm enough.

  • I have a small frog & monkey ice pack thing where I just slip it in with the lunch they are not hard to find I'm sure
