So I finished my meds and I'm not better

I'm so upset it's been two days since I'm off. I don't want to pay another dr visit fee. If I call do you think they will just call in a refill this has never happened to me before?

  • Skinny, I work in a Pharmacy. Call your pharmacy and request a refill. They will fax your Dr. for you and ask them to call you as soon as they here. Called a CWR.

  • You can ask for it to be considered a follow up. Most insurances companies dont require co-pays for follow ups

  • As pp rightly said, call and see if you can get a refill. If not see if you can do a follow up don't just automatically pay if they ask you to. You may need to remind them it's a follow up. GL

  • It should still be considered part of what you already paid for, insurance or not. At the very least reduced. :(

  • Sorry, a CWR is a Call When Ready.
