Potluck for preschoolers

My daughters preschool is having a potluck lunch on Friday and they asked me to bring something.

People are already bringing sweets: cookies, muffins, etc.

So I need ideas for something savory that both the kids and parents will enjoy.

  • little smokies wrapped in cresent rolls, it will be like hot dogs, except little people sized.
A different idea might be to take sandwhich bread spread on some pimento cheese, or jelly, or bologna, anything really, and use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes for a sandwhich tray.

  • I second those little smokies and cresent rolls. I make them alot and never bring any home. How about homemade mac and cheese? Most kids love that.
