I'm sooo angry and i dont know why

i'm horribly angry to the point i want to smash everything i see and i dont know why. i dont know what to do! this is so not like me! please tell me what to do! i jusy want to cry.

  • Nothing wrong with being angry. Its an emotion like any other, and needs to be expressed. Just cry, and yell, vent however you need to. Anger gets a bad name because people choose to hurt others when they are angry, but that's just a poor choice they make. When I was a kid living on our farm, my mom would let us gather the old chicken eggs and throw them against the barn when we had a bad day and were angry about something.... LOL We could cry, and yell and throw eggs until we felt better, then when we came inside we were in a better mood and didnt fight with our siblings. It was very therapuetic to vent like that and not be told to keep it all in.

  • Let it out just go to your room and cry scream until you feel better. If after that you still very angry maybe you have some hormonal inbalance. good luck and hope you feel better soon

  • Just let it out. Go take a shower and scream or cry in the shower. Write in your journal. If however, these changes in emotions/moods continue you really should see a therapist to help you figure out what is going on.
