  • The moral is, I think, that you can't vote on election day when you are dead. Imagine what would happen? The opportunity for voter fraud is outrageous

  • adnilm But if you are dead you still pay taxes and have to go to jury duty. He had witnesses when he voted it should count.

  • So what is your cutoff date? If you die anytime in an election year? How about anytime after the last election? What's the cutoff?

  • What would have happened if a bunch of dead and dying clinton supporters. Votes were counted then maybe the flordia recounts would have never occurred

  • It should count if it was within the time of early voting. They let people vote early, so it should count. I sent my absentee ballot in last week, would it not count if I died today?
