A civil rights group has requested the IRS intervene and investigate the church for violating the laws against churches keeping their non-profit status in exchange for not endorsing a political party or candidate.
If the IRS takes this up, should they then deal with all the other churches that do the same thing (albeit without the racist bent this particular church used)?Answer Question
