Any way to make broccoli taste better?

I always stir fry or steam it. Do you guys have a good way to prepare it?

  • I steam it and put garlic salt on it. Or melted cheese on top.

I love broccoli as long as it isn't overcooked, even with nothing on it.

  • I had it somewhere (restaurant) and they had tossed it with herbs and it was so good. I'll try roasting, I've never done that.

  • Melted cheese with a dash of burgundy. That's how my mom made it when I was a kid.

  • You can boil it in chicken or vegetable broth - gives it a little more flavor. This is the only way my son will even taste it.
