How much should i ask for this piece of workout equipment

I have a toatl gym XLS model that i bought about a year ago and used twice. All the dvds are still unopened and the pilates equipment still has the factory ties on it. It has all the attachments for pilates and abs. I have a friend who is interested. I paid $1400 new for it.
What would be a reasonable price to ask for it?

  • It looks like it is being sold on ebay for $400-$500 in the same condition as yours.

  • I'd start at $1000 since some of it still has the wrapping on it, and haggle down from there.
