Does comcast frustarte anyone else?

I've had them about six months (the triple play) and thier customer service representatives are always nice but I feel like I need to call them to often for stupid stuff. Has anyone else had this problem?

  • OMG I use to call them atleast once a week... and somehow my bill was always $300 or something ridiculous... when it was supposed to be $99. I finally switched to Verizon Fios... althought there bill is also high as all hell.. I have not had to call about my service once atleast.. so atleast they are only taking my money and not my time too! Everyone I know has problems with Comcast.

  • I truly hate comcast! We are waiting for Fios to become available in our area and then we are switching.
