Do you think CPS should have also been accountable?

I know this story is old, but I believe CPS should have been held accounable too. What do you think?

  • i wouldn't so much blame CPS, but I would definitely blame the judge that made this decision.

  • This is kind of a hard question. CPS Case workers are so over worked and under paid, it's ridiculous. They can sometimes have a caseload of up to 100 kids. One social worker I knew had 120, and admitted he had never met a few of them. I'm not making excuses, but the sad fact is, they are simply humans, and they make mistakes. It's tragic when something like this happens, and something needs to be done.

  • i blame CPS for alot .. like back when the little girl was given back to her mother and step father by them after a long line of abuse then her dad came home from a deployment to bury his 3 year old daughter .. that was CPS fault and the judge
