  • Renting- it's cheaper, you can pause it for potty & snack breaks, no sticky floors or public toilets or someone on their phone or whiny kids, or someone talking to the screen. Ugh :/

  • rebox, I'm to cheap. I only go out to a movie if I really want to see it and dont want to wait till it comes out on dvd

  • I would rather rent. There is no movie worth spending $40 to take our family to see in the theater that will make it any better than at home in front of the TV for $1. It is too expensive. Tickets are $11 for adults, $8:50 for children...and you know they all want popcorn, drinks, candy, etc. It can easily become a $60 trip!

  • Depends on the movie really...Sci Fi stuff -definitely GO see it on a big screen

  • Now that its just dh and I, definitely cinema! We love going out to the movies! But when kids were here renting was better, cheaper and far less hassle

  • I love going to the movies, but I use Redbox 99% of the time. I only go to the theatre when its something I'm dying to see.

  • Rent the new movies. We hit the $5 bin at Wal-Mart. Cable runs the same old movies anyway, so we just stock up on the ones we know we like lol. For $20 the whole family has a movie they can see over and over. You know how kids are when they get stuck on a movie :)

  • I would RATHER go to the theater but if I have to pay for it each time I'd Redbox more instead.

  • I've never used Redbox. We usually watch most things on Netflix and see a movie 2-3 times a year.
