I backed into a parked car ,thankfully no one was in it.This is my first time to be involved in any kind of car accident.I accept full responsibility.I am going to court next week .Was just wondering what was going to happen.Could i be fined or what?Thank goodness the lady was kind about situation.Answer Question

if you wait until the court date and go to court, you might get court fees added to the fine. i'd call the court directly, and ask how much it is, and pay it before the court date.most traffic tickets i've received (speeding, lol) carefully read that you can either pay the fine before the court date, or appear on that date.
court appearances are usually for those who are pleading no-fault, or for instance reckless driving(X-amount over the posted limit) tickets require a court appearance (in our state or county).
