  • I believe the court date is for you to be able to contest it.

  • I am surprized you are going to court if you agreed to pay all the repairs.

  • if you wait until the court date and go to court, you might get court fees added to the fine. i'd call the court directly, and ask how much it is, and pay it before the court date.most traffic tickets i've received (speeding, lol) carefully read that you can either pay the fine before the court date, or appear on that date.

court appearances are usually for those who are pleading no-fault, or for instance reckless driving(X-amount over the posted limit) tickets require a court appearance (in our state or county).

  • you can goggle the fine
just put in the statute violated and it'll show a list
the info will be on the ticket
also in some states they have that info on the back of the ticket

  • Oh, and Blockbuster used to rent the videos as well (you watch a portion and then log onto a site to take the tests. Then I believe once you have completed the course you are emailed a certificate that you can send in to the courts.

  • You can do an online course. They usually give you a few acceptable sources of the class and you choose one and complete it by the deadline, submitting course completion papers. You can do it online after your kids go to bed.
