Complaints about your family court commissionor

my commissionor is really slacking on my case and isnt mailing out the proper forms and is missing forms that ive filed and not hearing motions that were scheduled what can i do?

  • hes like a judge but under them, he deals with paternity cases, custody and placement of a child

  • I would guess that there is a complaint process for such things. Have you checked your county's judicial website?

  • yes i havent been able to find anything i was going to try calling tomorrow but i didnt know if anyone would know before then cause i want this filed asap
