Is it true that little boys develop faster than girls during pregnancy?

  • No. But a preemie baby girl does have a better chance of survival than a boy. Not that that means much, Just useless info.

  • I have also heard that it's other way around as well and my son was 7 weeks early weighing 3 lbs 10 oz and he developed just fine actually he is outgrowing other kids his age so not sure if it really does matter because every baby is different, another friend of mine has baby boy who is 7 mths and walking so I guess it just depends on the child.
