help with my 3 year old!

in the last month or so my three year old has started sucking his thumb will this pass or any suggestions on what to do.

    I wouldn't make a huge deal out of it - just keep track of where/when he does it and make sure he is involved as much as he wants to be with the new baby. Maybe "big bro" can have some special daddy time too!
