At what stage of pregnancy can the sex of the baby be determined?

between 18-22 weeks usually

Considering the genitals aren't formed until around 18 weeks...after that!

Here they do an u/s at 16 weeks to know the gender.

The genitals are formed around 4 months of pregnancy give or take.

What the other ladies said...I was going to say about halfway through...IF YOUR CHILD COOPERATES!

totally depends on you, your baby, and how good the ultrasound tech and machine are lol i found out at 15 weeks with my first, and 12 weeks with my second. my doctor was also very very experienced and even then at twelve weeks, she told us her thoughts and pointed out why.. but told us not to start buying everything until we went for our BIG ultrasound at 18 weeks.. at 15 weeks i went and saw her again, she rechecked and said she was still thinking girl, this time she sounded much more sure.. and she was right.!! now with our third.. she checked at 12 but couldnt tell, and even at 15 weeks the baby had its legs crossed indian style refusing to move.. so we went to a ultrasound place where they used better machines and such.. and we found out it was a girl..
