My dad has been looking for something like a Hobart 10-12 qt stainless steel mixer. Brand new, they're $4000-5000 - and the organization it's for can't afford that. He's found other brands with similar products on ebay (didn't give me brands or anything) for $800-900. He wants to know if any of those cheap ones are going to be as good as a Hobart, or if there are brands he should stay away from. This is something that would not get used often, maybe twice a week a few weeks a summer, but would need to last for years. Can anyone offer any info? Or a good place to find a used Hobart? We live in a rural area, and things like this are non-existant on craigslist or other sites like that.Answer Question
