  • Yes. My doctor encouraged me to take them when I was pregnant five years ago because they were the only reason I could eat anything at all since I had miserable heartburn, plus they're made with calcium.

  • They are safe to take while pregnant, BUT overdoing it can lead to kidney stones. Make sure you also get extra water to keep stones from forming, now and in the future. I got stones while cutting my water intake while weaning. 5 years later with a subsequent baby.
