Would you rather go 30 days without refined sugar or 90 days without caffeine?

I have to say sugar- I NEED my caffeine! :p

Either one is fine with me. I'm not a fan of many things sweet and the only caffeinated beverage I drink is iced tea (unsweet) and I can definietly do decaf tea.
