WYR?- (I think this one will depend on where you live)

Would you rather have a home with a great living room or a great back yard?

Since we can only enjoy the outdoors from May or June 'til Sept., I guess I'd have to go with the LR

We enjoy the outdoors same time as you but I would like great backyard, just could leave it as it is when the enjoyable weather ends

Nice LV (but, not "great") and nice backyard. My girls want a yard but, I don't want anything too hard to maintain. So, just a simple fenced in yard would be fine for us.
