How to post gif images

for dummies version please! i tried a test post just now and the gif i saved to my computer only came out as an image, not the animated gif. why?????

  • Try photobucket and search for a gif file, ex: laughing GIF. Then select the HTML code copy and paste in response. Do not use full editor
