What do you use to clean a wood crib?

.... What do I need to clean it with before I use it? Water and a rag? Vinegar? An eco cleaner?

..... ?

  • Toothpaste if you have actual gunk to clean off it, olive oil to polish it if you're trying to go natural. Don't use vinegar on the wood without testing a spot first.

  • It's been sitting for a long time. It needs to be cleaned somehow- like sterilized?

  • I would use Lysol and rinse well and let air a couple days.

  • I used a new sponge and cold water.

It got the visible dust off but I doubt it's clean.
