Personal & Spirtual Growth...

I am looking for personal or spiritual growth books that are NOT Christian based. I am Pagan. And I am looking for personal Growth books that aren't going to preach.

I am entering in to a leadership program with my business and part of the program is a required reading of 1 "growth" book every 2 months. Either, Business or Personal... But I'm having trouble finding anything.

I like the Secret, It was "OKAY"... But I'm looking for more suggestions.

Spiritual and Personal Growth go hand in hand for me, so either is okay.
