Should I send him to school or keep him home again?

My son was vomiting every hour from about 11pm Tuesday night to 7am yesterday morning. We kept him home yesterday and he was fine most of the day. He did throw up once at about 8:30pm but it was much less heaving than before. He ate a bit afterwards and slept through the night. He doesn't start school until 11:30am today (done at 2:30) so if he is still okay by then should would you send him or keep him home?

I'd see how he does first thing this morning. If no throwing up this morning, you could try sending him.

I'd keep him home until it had been 24 hours since he last vomited.

Our school policy is vomit/fever, or excessive coughing has to be clear for 24 hours before returning to school.

I would keep him home, he's probably pretty weak. You could get any work that needs to be done, and then he can catch up before returning...

i would keep him home just to kind of recover and get rehydrated
