My 5 year old daughter refuse to go to school , what shall I do ?

She cry and cling onto me everyday , what should I do ?

  • Is this new, or did it just start happening? I would call the teacher or principal and find out if something is going on. She might be fine once you leave. My daughter cried everyday at drop off until November. Then she was fine. Good luck!!

  • maybe she isnt ready, is this kg or preschool and really you have to make her go, she can scream but you have to make her go so that she sees it is a MUST not an option.

  • I've taught small kids for years. They normally stop crying a few seconds after their parent leaves. I think if there was a serious issue, the teachers would talk with you about it. If she was carrying on for 15 minutes or more, they would have to tell you something was wrong.
