What is a good source of liquid for a 10 month old besides any type of dairy product?

Our 10 month old has a bad rash and we need to eliminate certain things one at a time to insure the rash is not from that item.

  • My son had an issue with dairy. He was on soy formula. They should still be getting nutrients from formula at 10 months, so this was the solution our doctor wanted. What does your doctor say?

  • At that age the only liquid should be breastmilk or formula. There should be several options for formula if you are no longer breastfeeding. Other then that, our children (by about one year) only drink water besides nursing (occasionally they have a glass of milk, and even more rarely - juice).
