Measuring tape

So I posted earlier about being measured off on the abdomen...I can't recall my midwife I had for my daughter using the tape after 35 weeks. Do they usually use the tape the entire time?

  • No... and your measurements may be off later in pregnancy because of the baby engaging and dropping etc.

  • I am worried (referring to other post) because according to measurements, he is failing to "grow". As it appears. I have has a very hard pregnancy, and I don't like being told two weeks in a row that I'm measuring exactly the same. Especially when I have a bicornuate uterus, which can resulted in restriction
