Morning Sickness....

What helps in morning sickness? Ive done some looking around and a lot of people say that the vitiman B6 works.
Does it?
I need help!

  • It didn't help me, but it's the first thing my OB recommends to try.

  • I kept saltines and ginger ale by my bed, when I woke up in the morning, I would eat a few saltines and a few sips of ginger ale before even getting up. let it settle for a few minutes and then get up. I heard sprite and 7up are good, I just dont like them. It really helped

  • With my son i kept a jar of peanutbutter and a small spoon. One or two bites when I had to per at night was great. Also lemon hard candy to suck on or dried ginger to nibble on
