TARRAGON - What do you use this in/on for cooking?

This is one herb/spice I never use.

  • It's mostly for seasoning meat or eggs. There's no traditional style of cooking it's associated with (like French or Spanish or Italian), it's pretty universal, but if it's fresh it's really strong, so use it sparingly.

  • I use it for chicken or fish dishes. It's also a nice herb to mix with the yolks for deviled eggs.
