Direct express - the card that ssi deposits money onto

there are no ATM's near me that take this without fees. will my bank BofA simply take the money off for me with perhaps a small fee?

  • That's odd. I get SSDI directly deposited into my checking account. The best you can do is talk to someone at your bank about your options.

  • Can you not ask social security to direct deposit it into your account? I get social security disability for my kids from my ex and its direct deposit

  • I called BofA and yes, they can pull the money for me. Not sure of the fee though.
