Curious, how much do you recieve in CS for one child?

Interested to know because my ex-husband pays $215 a month (Ohio) and I hear so many others who pay $450 with less income than him. Granted our divorce was 6years ago and our son has since been in school so I am modifying the child support order.

  • That's not even lunch money funlovinlady! That sucks! I'm not even getting the full $215 since he only works 8hrs that he has reported to CS. I am now getting $80 a month.

  • $25 a week. Pennsylvania. That barely covers lunch money for a 17 year old boy.

  • He's ordered to pay $325/mo for 2. Of course, he owes me roughly $25K, so that tells you how much I get. lol

It's usually based on income and expenses, and some are more honest about that than others. If you can find proof that he's lying, I'd take it to court and try to get it increased.
